Anthony and I have been in New York City this past week for meetings and projects. We like to come to NY during the summer for meetings with brands because usually it's just too crazy during Fashion Week in February and September. We didn't bring Jay because the early morning shoots wouldn't have been fun for her and it's mainly a work trip. But prepping for our next family vacation when we get back! :)

I always forget how hot NY gets in the summer lol I have also been busy shooting some new content for the blog and I always feel so inspired whenever I'm in NY- there's definitely more of a hustle mentality than in LA, which I love!

In between meetings, I typically dress pretty casual. It was hot and a little humid this day, so I wore a vintage graphic tank top with black high-waisted jeans. I decided to add a pop of color, to a mostly all back outfit, with a bright bag. Pretty much every business has their air conditioning on (thank goodness), so I tied a denim jacket around my waist in case I got cold! :)

xx Brittany

There’s nothing I love more than street style! <3 :) It's always so nice to see the differences between LA street style versus New York street style! Hope you and Anthony had an enjoyable time in NY!

I love this outfit! That graphic tee is super cute and I love the pop of red with the bag. And you make a great point about carrying a jacket for when you’re indoors in AC. I always forget about that and end up freezing. ;)
